Vision
In partnership with our sister company, Hey Lanai Event Rentals, and Downtown Ventura’s Rocks & Drams, we set the stage for the official VIP kickoff party of X Games 2023 with our 26’ full bar trailer rental, Nui Loa. Fully branded and event-ready, the trailer served as a bold centerpiece, complete with custom cocktails, an ice sculpture, and unforgettable hospitality.
Execution
We sponsored the event with Hey Lanai’s "Nui Loa," a 26’ full bar trailer rental, fully outfitted with custom signage showcasing event sponsors: Rocks & Drams, Pacifico, Garrison Brothers Distillery, Tres Generaciones, and Wilde Irish Gin.
The Nui Loa trailer delivered a premium bar experience with a full-service setup: glass wash station, dual ice wells, two commercial fridges, a two-keg kegerator, and a three-basin sink with drain rails. With both interior and exterior bar service, the trailer kept the three featured cocktails flowing all night for guests.
